3. Turn on the water source, activate the water spray system, and immerse the blade in water to ensure sufficient moisture to prevent overheating.

4. Press the switch to start the cutting machine and slowly apply force downwards until the desired depth is reached.

5. At regular intervals, stop working, check the cutting results and blade status, replace the blade or disc if necessary, and clean the cutting machine workbench and any water stains generated during the cutting process.

After completing the work, turn off the cutting machine and water source, and clean the cutting head, disc, and workbench.

 Precautions

1. Before operating the dental cutting machine, it is important to carefully read and understand the equipment manual and safety instructions.

2. During the operation, maintain a focused and stable posture to avoid fatigue and interference.

3. For different types and sizes of teeth, it is necessary to choose different cutting heads and discs, and adjust the cutting depth and speed.

The cutting head of the cutting machine must be kept sharp to ensure efficient and safe operation, and regular inspection and replacement are required.

5. During the work process, it is necessary to maintain a smooth water source and avoid water splashing onto circuits and switches to avoid electrical faults.

6. After cutting, the equipment should be cleaned and disinfected in a timely manner to avoid contamination and cross infection.

7. In case of equipment malfunction or unexpected situations, immediately stop the operation, unplug the power, and contact professional maintenance personnel for handling.

In short, dental cutting machines are an important dental equipment that plays an important role in the daily work and learning of dentists and students. However, the correct use and maintenance of equipment are equally important to ensure an effective, safe, and hygienic working environment.
